Biography
I am a freelance Industrial Designer from the Detroit area with a background in manufacturing.
Before getting my BFA in Industrial Design from College for Creative Studies, I worked in automotive prototype. Working with many of the major automotive companies, I got a first hand look into manufacturing. I also received an Associates Degree in Metallurgical Science. This gave me the skills to not only understand the manufacturing techniques of various alloys, but also understand the many other nonmetallic materials available to a designer.
Most recently my expertise has been in texture. A hyper focus on a crucial, but often overlooked aspect of a products aesthetics and functionality. This attention to detail, I feel is representative of my Design style.
Like most Designers I use all of my skills, prior knowledge, and experiences to create something truly beautiful.
